CSU Long Beach Woman's Rugby vs CSU Northridge

Was able to head out again for another week of women's rugby.  Cal State University Long Beach had their second home game in two weeks, this time going against Cal State University Northridge.

 

This started out as a rough one with Northridge controlling the ball and scoring first.  During the second half Long Beach pick up the pace and worked it hard scoring three consecutive times.  The final score was 22 - 13 with Long Beach taking the win.  A great game to watch and shoot.

CSULB Woman's Rugby vs UC Riverside

I had the privilege of covering Cal State University Long Beach's Women's Rugby game against UC Riverside this past Saturday at Cal State University.  There's something about watching a rugby game let alone a women's rugby game.  These young ladies play with heart and give it all on the field, its always fun watching and capturing the action.

 

Here are my favorites from the game.  I hope to get out there this next Sunday to shoot their game against CSU Northridge.
